Many of you know that I am have also been a photographer for the last 20 years. One of my personal frustrations is finding someone who can photograph my performances with some creativity. I think you'll agree that Joyce captures some great images.
For me, one sign of an excellent photographer is that I can see some of the thought process they went through in composing the shot. Joyce's composition eye is certainly demonstrated by the examples at left. She is without a doubt a thinking photographer, and not just a "point-and-shooter."
